Hi, I ordered a bottle from you last week for my Nephew Tom Jones'' 18th birthday. Unfortunately I ordered the bottle on Wednesday and his birthday was Friday. I rang you on Thursday as I was having problems viewing my order and would just like to thank you for your fantastic service. I rang with a query but was hoping you may beable to get my gift out a little earlier but no you didn''t just do that you checked stock for my particular design, as the colour was not there, you went through every option available and with your help I personally think the design ended up better than my original order. Not only this you advised me that the bottle would be despatched that night! Just fantastic I have had a phone call from my nephew thanking us for such a great gift and it was all down to you. Wi ll definately be using you again and will be telling everyone I can. Thanks again really appreciated your help and first class service. Kind regards. Jane Jones
